Is an online request a confirmed booking?
No. Your request asks Call Your Service to contact you. A visit is confirmed only after availability, the address and relevant charges have been agreed.
How much does a service cost?
The cost depends on the fault, job size, access and materials. Ask about the inspection or call-out fee before confirming a visit. Labour and materials should be explained separately.
Do you cover every area of Lahore?
Coverage depends on the service and available professionals. Share your exact area and address so we can confirm whether we can arrange a visit.
Can I book by phone?
Yes. Call +92 305 551 8877 or use WhatsApp to discuss your job. You can also submit the service request form. We confirm availability and charges before booking.
Is there an automatic workmanship guarantee?
No guarantee is implied by submitting a request. Ask about any applicable workmanship or revisit terms and obtain the agreed details before work begins.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Contact us as soon as possible with your reference. Any cancellation or visit charge should be explained before the booking is confirmed.
Do I have to use Google Maps?
No. You can type your address and landmark manually. Location permission is optional.
