Information we collect
When you send a contact message or service request, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, service needed, Lahore address and job description. We also keep relevant communication about arrangements and follow-up. Please do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
How we use your information
We use these details to assess coverage, contact you, arrange an appropriate professional, agree the scope and charges, manage the visit and respond to questions or complaints. Contact permission on the booking form relates to your request; it is not a subscription to marketing messages.
Who receives booking details
Authorised Call Your Service staff can access submissions stored in the website’s MetForm entries. Notifications are sent to info@callyourservice.com and may include submitted details. We share the contact details, service address and job information needed by the professional assigned to your request. Our hosting, email and technical service providers process information needed to operate and secure these services.
How long we keep records
Our retention policy is to remove completed booking records from active systems after six months. We may keep relevant records longer while a complaint or dispute is unresolved, or where a legal record-keeping obligation applies. Removal from active systems does not immediately remove copies already held in backups; those remain subject to the hosting backup cycle and access restrictions. Contact us if you want to ask about a specific record.
Website operation and security
The website and hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and server logs to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administrators. Form entries are managed in the restricted WordPress administration area.
WhatsApp and optional location tools
Using a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. Google Maps location selection is not currently enabled. To request a visit, type your Lahore area and address into the booking form.
